If you simply want to move forward with your online purchase, please follow these guidelines:
Please contact us via email for a RA (Return Authorization) at email@example.com (Please note: Final sale merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.)
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
- The merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- We do not accept returns/exchanges on sale merchandise. These sales are final.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as, washing or wear.
- We do not refund shipping charges.
Please be advised we will not accept a return without a RA and your return must conform to the above guidelines or they will not be refunded. Any item sent to us without meeting these guidelines will be returned to you at your expense.

You must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving merchandise that is defective, damaged or incorrect. Kindly keep the packaging in the event there is damage in transit. We will email you a Return Shipping Label for returning the merchandise.
A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. (Returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all tags attached.)
If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure that the new item is available (Note: You will also need a RA for an exchange). We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet the guidelines for an acceptable return (see above). All exchanges will be sent at your expense.
HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
Choose a courier of your choice and make sure you send it with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in transit, Indie Source will not be responsible for the loss and your return will be invalid.
Please be sure to properly package the return, as Indie Source will not be responsible for any damage to the item due to poor packaging.
Your return will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. We will issue a refund to the credit card originally used for the purchase. You will receive an email notification when the credit has been issued.
